How does the free trial work?
Make a free account and you get 7 days with Classics Volume 1: 8 sing-along books with the full reader. No card needed. When the week is up, pick Standard or Unlimited to keep singing.
How do Standard's book tokens work?
Standard comes with 3 book tokens a month. Spend one to unlock any book in the library; it goes on your shelf and stays there as long as you're a member. Unused monthly tokens don't roll over. Your tokens left show at the top of every page.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy any book on its own for $5.99. A book you buy is yours to keep, plan or no plan. Or move up to Unlimited and every book is open.
What is the monthly collectible?
Every month there's a members-only book. Unlimited members who are subscribed that month keep it for good, even if they cancel later. Once the month is over, anyone can buy it like any other book, for $5.99.
Can I just buy what I need?
Yes. Any book is $5.99, book packs are hand-picked sets on one topic, and every game in Interact unlocks together for $5.99 (try any of them free for 3 minutes a day first). Activity kits (printable and on-screen session materials) come with any book they pair with, or $4.99 on their own. All are paid once and yours to keep. It adds up quickly, though: a couple of packs costs more than a month of Unlimited.
Can I get just the piano lessons?
Yes. The Lessons plan is $5.99 a month or $59.99 a year: the whole Piano Path (a Foundations trunk, four branches to choose from, unit checks, stats and a Music Notebook), printable instructor guides, and the recorder guides, for up to 4 children. It works on screen, with a USB or Bluetooth MIDI keyboard, or with any keyboard or piano through the microphone. Books are not included.
Can my children each have their own progress?
Every paid plan has up to 4 learners. Each one has a nickname and a character, and their own stars, stats and notebook. We never ask for a child's real name, age or birthday.
Can I switch plans or billing?
Yes. Move between Lessons, Standard and Unlimited, or monthly and annual, from your account page; the change applies at your next billing date.
Are the books in Spanish?
Yes. Every book is bilingual: the story and the song come in both English and Spanish.
How do clinic seats work?
The Clinic plan is Unlimited for 5 people, with shared shelves and one invoice. Need more seats, or buying for a district? Request a quote. We take purchase orders and can send a W-9.
Do you store anything about the children I work with?
No. Names you type into the reader stay on your device, and there are no client fields.
